#ProseccoFlow @ UFIT FITNESS






Hey everyone!!, Last night I went to my first blogging event, scary right?! I had the best evening. I went along to UFit in Cardiff which is a huge gym, it looked amazing, as a fellow gym goer, this looked like a gym heaven. They were holding an event called Prosecco flow, as soon as I heard the words gym and prosecco I was in.


Gym gear got put on, as a team called yogi bare were holding a tester of a yoga session.
This was my first time ever doing yoga, Which was exciting as I didn't know what to expect, but as a twin mother, it was lovely to relax and exercise softly. It is now something I would like to do weekly. As I am a massive exercise freak and go to the gym about 5 times a week, it was a lovely wind down. The person who took the class, was excellent and wasn't very serious and you could see she had a passion for what she was doing, which made it very enjoyable. All in all this was the highlight for me. 

After our yoga session, all relaxed and chilled, we then had the chance to have some nandos, and a cocktail topped with prosecco, perfect evening right?! The selection was amazing, all different flavors. I grabbed a plate and headed over to the cocktail bar, which was supplied by ten mill lane

they looked and tasted amazing. I tried one of each, only for blogging purposes.. hahaha yeah right!.. They were just,perfect. I had never heard of a cocktail topped with prosecco, but it was really refreshing and went well with the food. 


After food, they had a selection of things you could have done such as hair, glitter facepaints, massages, nails. I opted for the hair and nails, I had my hair braided by a lovely talkative lady, who was very quick and neat. 
They do lots of treatments and services. Where I had my nails done was also part of the salon, the lady who did them was ever so patient and wonderful to speak to, there was a que down to the door, but she still had a smile on her face.











All in all, I loved this event, It had everything you needed to pamper yourself and feel relaxed. You could see the effort that went in to it, and I have a found a new love in Yoga. My only criticism was that it could of been more structured with groups and the different sections, as I only had time to go around a couple.  


















Week One- Transformation Challenge.

Hey everyone!! I'm back with my week one! Hope this gives you an idea of what I ate and did, I did have a few slip ups, but I did my best.

Day One:
Gym: 1 hour and half of cardio.
Food:
Breakfast: Scrambled egg and Protein shake.
Lunch: Tuna pasta.
Dinner: Home made chips and pitta bread.
Treat: Frozen berries and muller light.


Day two of transformation: 
Exercise: 1 hour in the gym of cardio and a walk in the afternoon. 
Food; 
Breakfast: egg on toast  
Lunch: Pork dinner, all home made and healthy. 
Snacks: fruit and yogurt. 


Day three: 
Exercise: Pt session in the gym and swimming. 
Food
breakfast: Fruit 
lunch: brown roll and humus and peppers. 
rice krispy cupcake 
wotsits 
Dinner: cauliflower rice, chicken and veg. 
This was the day when I took my sons to the zoo, temptation was there and I gave in, damn it.

Day Four: 
Breakfast: Poached on toast 
lunch: salad platter 
tea: chicken, egg and cauli rice :) 
Exercise: 3 miles running, 10mins biking, 1pmins upper weights and dance fit 1 hour. 


Day five: 
Breakfast: Crustless toast, minimal butter. 
Lunch: Half a naan, chicken and salad and home made chips. 
Dinner: Subway Salad. 
Exercise: 45 bounce fit and half an hour of running.


Day six: 
I haven't felt very well today: So a day off the gym and minimal food, I didn't feel healthy food, so I made my own pizza (Healthier option) And now I'm hating it. 
Breakfast: Toast 
Lunch: Wotsits
Tea: Pizza  (Regretting it). 
Exercise: Nil.


Day 7: 
Breakfast: Frozen berries and yogurt. 
Lunch: Sausage roll 
Dinner: Nandos. 
Exercise: Yoga. 


Regrets of the week: Giving it to small temptations.
Goals for the next week: Don't give in to temptations and stay focused.

8 week transformation. Starting off. 👣

Hey everybody!! so my twins are turning 1 in 3 weeks!? What. But post pregnancy I have lost 1 stone so far and currently back at my weight before I had them and I'm back in size 12 jeans.

Buuuuuuuut, I'm not where I want to be. I'm currently a member of Porthcawl health and fitness gym. Where I do the gym and classes, I have been going there for a month now but I dont think I have been doing the correct food with the workouts Im doing.
I've been following slimming world since September and lost a stone.
But I cant seem to balance out the both of them.

So in these 8 weeks my plan is to stick to slimming world in such a way but have no or very very minimal syns.
Work out at the gym and have no cheat meals/snacks what so ever. It's going to be hard, but I need to do this for myself. So each week im gonna update you on how I'm doing.
Im not weighing each week, I'm going to weigh at the start and at the end. I'll upload a photo each week though.
